Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Ford team. In this role, you will support the Build & Price Website for Ford of Europe markets. Additionally, you will ensure accurate pricing, image updates, model configurations, and digital content approvals across various systems. As a result, your work will directly improve customer experience and ensure high-quality digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with market contacts to collect updated price lists and order guides.
• Update daily metrics trackers, review amendments, and maintain organized records.
• Raise requests with external agency Oliver for new images or required modifications.
• Verify all images received and ensure they meet quality and branding guidelines.
• Approve analyst inputs before sending updates for market approval.
• Receive market approval for all GPRS updates and ensure accuracy.
• Check the test client for requested changes and raise tickets with the BSL team for cache clearance.
• Communicate continuously with market teams for preview-site approvals.
• Raise publishing requests with the Prague team once preview changes are approved.
• Push updated data to the PROD site, then raise cache-clear requests with the BSL team.
• Verify all PROD changes and communicate results with NSC.
• Support updates to the engine fuel table and download images for legacy downstream applications.
• Assist team members whenever workload needs balancing to maintain operational consistency.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing operations and data accuracy processes.
• Basic understanding of content management systems and digital workflows.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with Excel trackers, image validation, and documentation.
