Key Responsibilities
- Partner with AMD’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) to facilitate onboarding, extensions, and offboarding of contractors.
- Support MSP, staffing suppliers, and managers by resolving issues, reviewing timecards, and handling documentation.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process clarity and cross-team coverage.
- Develop expertise in Vendor Management System (Beeline) for data accuracy and tracking.
- Consistently evaluate processes to implement efficiencies and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and support MSP SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines, escalating issues when required.
- Participate in check-ins, projects, and ad hoc initiatives to support organizational goals.
Required Skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
