Key Responsibilities

  • Assist feature teams in defining high-quality, testable work packages.

  • Support the Quality Manager in executing test strategies and recommending automation opportunities.

  • Design, create, and maintain automated test suites, including smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests.

  • Analyze automated test results and provide actionable insights to the team.

  • Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and Agile testing practices, including TDD and BDD.

  • Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, such as integration, load, stress, security, and accessibility testing.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
