Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure applications tailored to specific client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes and translate them into functional software solutions.
Participate in project planning, documentation, and technical discussions.
Support the integration of applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain software quality.
Work closely with senior developers to enhance your technical expertise while contributing to ongoing projects.
Ensure that development activities align with established coding standards and best practices.
Document technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and project updates.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide post-deployment support to ensure applications function as intended in real-world environments.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Japanese Language for effective communication, documentation, and understanding project requirements.
Solid knowledge of Java Standard Edition (Java SE) and object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies.
Good problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and project changes.
Basic understanding of debugging techniques and performance optimization.
