Key Responsibilities
Conduct supplier segmentation assessments to define levels of SRM/SPM required
Collaborate with supplier owners to verify segmentation data and maintain accuracy
Support risk and performance monitoring in line with the SRPM framework
Track, escalate, and assure appropriate responses to ongoing supplier risk alerts
Prepare tailored reports and data packs for supplier reviews and risk forums
Assist in managing supplier offboarding processes efficiently
Monitor ESG-related supplier activities and generate MI (Management Information) reports
Manage and respond to the EcoVadis ESG mailbox and escalate where necessary
Ensure annual updates and documentation of segmentation and risk assessments
Utilize data analytics to deliver proactive SRPM assurance and decision support
Required Skills
Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Intermediate-level Excel skills and basic MS Word proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and take initiative
Capable of responding quickly to internal and external inquiries
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
2+ years of experience in data analysis or supplier risk/performance roles
Experience in SRPM (Supplier Risk & Performance Management) or Procurement environments
Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data frameworks
Familiarity with stakeholder reporting and escalation procedures
Exposure to working with data management systems and reporting dashboards
Knowledge of the supplier lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes
Background in risk management or compliance is advantageous
Ability to challenge and validate supplier inputs with confidence
