Learn and apply industry-standard software development practices and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications
Assist in analyzing and debugging software issues and ensuring quality assurance
Contribute to the development of internal tools and process improvements
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Maintain accurate technical documentation and update systems regularly
Support deployment activities and troubleshoot production issues
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest integration where applicable
Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks and milestones
Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and continuous learning mindset
Required Skills
Strong foundational knowledge in computer science principles and programming concepts
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, .NET, C, JavaScript, or SQL
Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design principles
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
Effective collaboration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Oracle technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports)
Experience with writing intermediate to complex SQL queries
Exposure to cloud computing fundamentals
Understanding of RESTful APIs and SOAP protocols
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
Knowledge of Shell scripting and Linux command-line tools
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
Awareness of AI and Machine Learning concepts
Participation in internships, projects, or hackathons demonstrating hands-on experience
Any certifications or training in programming, DevOps, or cloud technologies
