Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data processes and solutions for analytics to support informed business decisions.
Collect, import, clean, validate, and transform large datasets from various structured and unstructured sources.
Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive organizational strategy.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations (preferably in Power BI) for data interpretation and executive presentations.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Apply quantitative methods to solve complex problems related to customer experience and performance metrics.
Present analytical findings to senior management in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve data analysis capabilities.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality throughout all processes.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques and quantitative methods.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating data into actionable insights.
Effective time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong business acumen to align analytics with organizational goals.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Azure Analysis Services and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for unstructured data analysis.
Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and predictive modeling.
Experience working with Databricks or similar big-data environments.
Background in product marketing analytics or impact analysis.
Understanding of advanced statistical tools like R, SAS, or SPSS.
Experience in handling data governance and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines.
Prior experience in global or enterprise-level analytics projects.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and analytical frameworks.
