Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of customer technical issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
Collaborate with app development teams to identify and fix SDK integration challenges.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver solutions.
Maintain and enhance technical documentation and the internal knowledge base.
Drive process improvements that elevate the customer support experience.
Required Skills
Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.
