Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases
Perform both manual and automated testing of software/hardware systems
Document and track system-level defects using bug tracking systems
Conduct log analysis to identify software issues and system-level anomalies
Interpret wireless specifications and ensure compliance in testing
Troubleshoot program output, functional failures, or performance inconsistencies
Support system modification verification and validate new implementations
Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and scripts
Collaborate with internal project teams to meet development timelines
Provide clear reports and updates on testing activities and issues
Required Skills
0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in Software Test or System Test
Experience with automation tools, bug tracking systems, or source code management
Proficiency in writing and executing test plans and test scripts
Ability to fix automation errors and enhance existing test coverage
Solid understanding of WLAN and Bluetooth protocol stack fundamentals
Basic scripting knowledge in any of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, or C#
Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and project leads
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Skills
Exposure to wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, or Zigbee
Experience in embedded systems or chip-level testing
Knowledge of test automation tools like Jenkins, Git, or Selenium
Familiarity with scripting languages used in system-level test development
Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems
Hands-on experience working with hardware platforms or simulators
Ability to analyze logs and traces using tools like Wireshark or QXDM
Basic understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP stack
