The role includes managing vendor master records, resolving supplier queries, and providing accurate data and reporting to support procurement operations. This position is key to ensuring smooth vendor interactions and compliance with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update vendor master records accurately.
Handle transactional interactions with suppliers and buyer groups.
Resolve pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
Generate timely reports, analyses, and insights to support business decisions.
Advise stakeholders on modifications and updates to vendor setups.
Required Skills
Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle.
