Key Responsibilities
Manage probation completion processes with timely evaluations and compliance.
Oversee leave administration, approvals, and policy compliance.
Support performance management cycles including review coordination and data tracking.
Provide employee query resolution through the HR helpdesk and escalate as needed.
Handle exit management including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.
Assist with internal employee transitions to ensure smooth role changes.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Contribute to general HR operations for smooth day-to-day functioning.
