Job Description / Highlights

Address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
Utilize tools and applications for next-level resolution: payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustment.
Report trends/patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing roadblocks to reporting manager.
Meet SLAs for production and quality.
Update outcomes of calls/analysis clearly in the billing system.
Follow policies & procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated on changes.
Improve performance based on feedback from reporting manager/quality audit team.
Night shift (US Shift) – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Flexible for both shifts.
Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
