As an Associate Software Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Wolters Kluwer’s cutting-edge software products. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Test Automation Engineer at Wolters Kluwer, your day-to-day activities will involve both learning and applying modern automation testing practices. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using leading tools such as Tosca, Selenium, or Playwright.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
Reusable Test Libraries: Develop and maintain reusable test components, libraries, and frameworks to ensure scalable test automation.
Continuous Integration & Delivery: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth execution across multiple environments.
Test Data Management: Prepare and manage test data, configure test environments, and monitor automation pipelines for efficient execution.
Defect Analysis: Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues effectively.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
