Job Description
Infosys BPM is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the position of Voice-Based Customer Support Executive in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high levels of satisfaction for global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, service issues, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive service attitude.

- Document all interactions using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
