We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing global TA function at ProPharma. This role is central to recruitment efforts and involves supporting the hiring process for both permanent and contingent roles. You will play an important role in candidate engagement, from screening applications to providing administrative support, thereby ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the UK/ROW TA team with administrative tasks across recruitment.
  • Assist in screening, sourcing, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Conduct initial screening calls or assessments when required.
  • Help with candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Continuously suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Enhance the overall candidate experience during the hiring journey.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities across different time zones.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Passion for process improvement and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
