Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on time
• Review balances and ensure proper reconciliation with documentation
• Maintain compliance with IFRS accounting standards
• Prepare and review Journal Vouchers (JVs), BSARs, and internal control documentation
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders for reporting and issue resolution
• Provide data for fiscal reporting and audits
• Manage third-party transactional activities
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization
• Analyze trial statements and provide variance commentary
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com
• Batch: Recent graduates / up to 2 years experience
