Key Responsibilities
Understand and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Deliver technical and functional support through voice, email, and chat channels.
Acknowledge customer requests promptly and provide first-level assistance.
Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot issues reported by customers related to the product.
Maintain accurate records of all logged tickets, follow-ups, and resolutions.
Route customer requests to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate feedback and feature suggestions.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
