Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and offer tailored data and analytics solutions
Use advanced analytics to improve insights into business performance, processes, channels, and customer behavior
Collaborate in Agile teams with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to deliver meaningful outcomes
Translate technical analysis into visually compelling, stakeholder-friendly dashboards and visualizations
Align data science efforts with organizational goals using modern tools and advanced methodologies
Contribute to automation and simplification of data-driven business processes
Communicate analytics findings clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams
Support solution design and end-to-end analytics delivery that drives customer and commercial value
Stay up to date with new data tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance analytical capabilities
Foster a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making
Required Skills
Strong understanding of data architecture and data management principles
Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS
Ability to simplify data and deliver effective dashboards and reports
Proven experience interpreting analytics for key business stakeholders
Effective communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical teams
Ability to identify insights that link clearly to strategic and operational needs
Good knowledge of financial services and the data-driven decision-making ecosystem
Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing iterative deliverables
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Experience with data engineering and advanced analytics techniques
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies (predictive, prescriptive modeling)
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in data teams
Understanding of cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience in collaborative work environments with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability with creative data-driven approaches
Familiarity with data science lifecycle and feature engineering
Working knowledge of business intelligence architectures and dashboards
Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new analytical techniques
Prior experience working in the banking or financial services sector
