Collect, analyze, and validate financial datasets from various sources, including public filings and proprietary tools
Interpret ESG taxonomies, managed investment data, private equity transactions, and mutual fund reports
Respond to internal teams and client requests related to financial and investment data accuracy
Maintain data integrity by following global standards and research protocols
Collaborate with teams across departments to resolve data quality issues and enhance workflows
Participate in audits, stretch projects, and knowledge-sharing sessions for process improvement
Contribute to data enhancement initiatives by recommending tools and automation
Maintain high productivity and meet strict deadlines without compromising data accuracy
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines across different data verticals
Work rotational shifts (including night shifts) and maintain flexibility in schedules
Required Skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support global operations
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data formatting, analysis, and reporting
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, methodologies, and global tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight SLAs and productivity goals
Strong problem-solving attitude with curiosity to explore datasets and resolve anomalies
Typing speed and accuracy to meet daily output targets (typing test part of assessment)
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and hybrid environments
Ability to follow structured workflows, SOPs, and regulatory compliance norms
Open to feedback and continuous improvement in both technical and communication areas
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus for candidates interested in data analytics
Familiarity with investment research, asset management, or ESG reporting
Internship or project experience in finance, analytics, data operations, or economic research
Exposure to global data platforms like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Morningstar Direct
Ability to create Excel dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
Understanding of mutual funds, equities, private markets, and managed investment products
Comfort with using content management systems and internal reporting tools
Knowledge of financial statements and key performance metrics (KPIs) in investment analysis
Flexibility in working across international time zones and cultural contexts
Desire to pursue future certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1, Data Analytics courses)
