We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer I to join our Tech – Supply & Fulfilment team in Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site). In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for our Gen-AI platform, helping to ensure stability, reliability, and seamless user experiences. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineer I at Meesho, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of our Gen-AI platform. You will act as the first point of contact for support queries, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the initial contact for user queries related to the Gen-AI platform.

  • Troubleshooting and debugging backend systems to identify root causes of technical issues.

  • Collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

  • Monitoring system health, platform performance, and proactively identifying potential risks.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

  • Participating in technical discussions, contributing feedback for system enhancements, and sharing insights for product improvement.

  • Automating repetitive tasks and developing scripts to improve efficiency in support processes.

  • Communicating technical findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ensuring seamless incident management and follow-up, minimizing downtime, and improving user satisfaction.

This role is essential in bridging the gap between technology and end-users. By ensuring reliability and performance of our platforms, you will directly contribute to Meesho’s mission of delivering seamless experiences to millions of customers.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or related engineering roles.

  • Proficiency in programming and debugging with Python or Java for backend systems.

  • Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving with excellent debugging skills.

  • Ability to monitor, track, and resolve issues while ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

This combination of skills will help you succeed as a proactive problem solver and an effective contributor to Meesho’s Gen-AI support team.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will give you an edge:
