Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement full stack applications for the Archiving Service team.
Analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and build scalable backend and frontend solutions.
Maintain and upgrade existing applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop and integrate APIs and services for data management and archiving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business goals.
Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions and root cause analyses.
Prepare and maintain documentation including design documents, flowcharts, and code comments.
Support application deployment and production monitoring, including on-call responsibilities if required.
Research and recommend enhancements, frameworks, and tools to improve software efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.
Required Skills
Proficiency in full stack development with experience in both frontend (e.g., React, Angular) and backend (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python) technologies.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Solid experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
Experience with system integration, software deployment, and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to software quality, including testing and documentation.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of data archiving, digital storage, and information lifecycle management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Kubernetes.
Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Previous experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods domain is a plus.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies.
Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools.
Hands-on exposure to serverless architecture or event-driven systems.
Familiarity with AI/ML-powered systems or intelligent automation is a bonus.
Certifications in cloud technologies, full stack development, or secure coding standards.
