Job Description
ICCS is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the position of Talent Acquisition Executive. The selected candidates will handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles, participate in mass hiring drives, and support onboarding activities for various customer support and back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Maintain databases and track recruitment metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio.
• Conduct bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, and blended processes.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support documentation, onboarding, and background verification.
• Stay updated with BPO hiring trends and market needs.
Required Skills
• Recruitment knowledge (BPO hiring preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Sourcing skills (Job portals, social media)
• Basic HR process understanding
• MS Office proficiency
Preferred Skills
• Experience in bulk/mass hiring
