Key Responsibilities
Collect, track, and analyze metrics that directly impact client retention, with a focus on Expert Interactions
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets to guide business strategies and decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports in PowerBI for stakeholders across multiple business units
Collaborate with Finance, Business Analytics, and other departments to resolve data quality issues promptly
Integrate multiple datasets to enable comprehensive reporting and insights for leadership and service teams
Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence strategic initiatives
Apply descriptive analytics, statistical methods, and visualization techniques to support operational and client engagement improvements
Work closely with business teams to identify repeatable reporting processes and optimize workflow efficiency
Explore and implement new analytical tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and speed
Continuously evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience managing large and complex datasets
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python, or similar tools for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis
Solid knowledge of SQL to extract, transform, and prepare data from databases and data warehouses
Intermediate PowerBI skills for building interactive dashboards, automating reporting processes, and presenting data visually
Excellent communication skills to summarize key findings clearly using PowerPoint and think-cell
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Understanding of descriptive analytics, statistical techniques, and business metrics that drive outcomes
Attention to detail and strong data validation skills to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting
Capacity to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from complex datasets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business requirements
