Key Responsibilities
- Support project procurement operations by assisting with daily purchasing activities, order tracking, supplier communication, and documentation management.
- Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure materials and services are procured according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, manage RFx processes, and support sourcing initiatives under the supervision of procurement specialists.
- Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and project-critical documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives, including process improvements, digital tool adoption, and operational efficiency enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
