Key Responsibilities
• Conduct real-time Video KYC (VCIP) sessions with customers as per regulatory guidelines.
• Verify customer identity using officially valid documents (OVDs) such as Aadhaar and PAN.
• Perform liveliness checks, geo-tagging, and facial matching during video verification sessions.
• Capture and securely store video interactions as per RBI compliance standards.
• Cross-check customer details with submitted documents and ensure accurate system entry.
• Identify suspicious or fraudulent cases and escalate to compliance or risk teams.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data privacy protocols.
• Achieve daily and monthly KYC verification targets with high accuracy.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes related to KYC and VCIP processes.
• Provide suggestions to improve verification tools and customer experience.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and banking compliance processes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
