Key Responsibilities
• Monitor transactions and merchant activities to identify fraud or risk patterns
• Handle transaction discrepancies and customer dispute cases efficiently
• Work with partner banks and cybercell teams to resolve chargebacks
• Communicate with merchants/customers to resolve queries and issues
• Suggest improvements to reduce fraud risk and financial losses
• Analyze suspicious behaviors and take proactive actions
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of CRM tools like Freshdesk
• Knowledge of chargebacks, fraud detection, and payment systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard chargeback guidelines
• Understanding of fraud-related reason codes
• Experience in customer support or risk operations (optional)
