Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reusable software systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope and contribute to planning
Participate in test-driven development, peer code reviews, and design discussions
Develop software aligned with modern security standards and best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Security, and UX
Contribute improvements to existing systems through iterative feedback cycles
Help ensure software quality by writing robust tests and debugging complex issues
Assist in integrating systems with RESTful APIs and other backend services
Work within Agile development teams and follow sprint cycles
Document and communicate technical details effectively with stakeholders
Required Skills
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms
Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Golang, or Python)
Familiarity with JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.js
Understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and SOA concepts
Capability to apply academic concepts to practical, real-world software engineering tasks
Passion for solving challenging problems with scalable and maintainable solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed teams
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment
Basic knowledge of software testing practices
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to team goals
