Key Responsibilities
• Timely closing and execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and SLA commitments
• Ensure compliance with internal audit, SOX requirements, and financial policies
• Maintain completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial actuals within scope
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective solutions
• Analyze financial issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support auditors and legal authorities to achieve adequate audit ratings
• Contribute to global strategy implementation and continuous process improvements
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of general accounting concepts and legal requirements
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
