Key Responsibilities
Review title commitment documents and identify liens, judgments, or discrepancies
Coordinate with title companies to resolve missing or incomplete documentation
Request and follow up on subordination documents where applicable
Perform accurate data entry of documents into the Loan Origination System (LOS)
Communicate with insurance agents to obtain insurance binders
Contact lenders to collect payoff quotes
Upload and manage all obtained documents within the LOS system
Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders
Required Skills
Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry
Understanding of different mortgage types and title documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and decision-making abilities
Customer service mindset with attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders efficiently
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in Title / Mortgage Processing
Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Exposure to night-shift client handling
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Prior experience with US mortgage title processes
