Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst – Associate at FedEx, you will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting IT projects, and enhancing business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed requirements for IT and data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity while leveraging technology effectively.
Translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation to guide development teams.
Serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Assisting in product backlog prioritization, working closely with product owners and development teams to ensure high-value features are implemented first.
Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, executing test cases, and verifying that IT solutions meet functional and business requirements.
Supporting change management initiatives, assessing the impact of proposed changes on business processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, recommending technology-driven solutions to enhance performance, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that business processes are aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Skills
