Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, IT Support, Helpdesk to join our IT services team at Alithya. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to build a career in IT support and learn how to provide solutions in real-world environments.
As the first point of contact for end users, you will help troubleshoot issues, respond to queries, and provide basic IT support across various systems and platforms. Additionally, you will work with tools like Office 365, Windows, Mac, Intune, and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. With guidance from experienced mentors, you will gain exposure to ITIL-based practices and understand how global IT support functions operate.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first level of support for employees by responding to tickets, calls, and emails.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic issues in Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support staff in a timely manner.
Educate users on IT security practices, tools, and company policies.
Document issues, resolutions, and updates within the ticketing system.
Assist with IT-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.
