Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain Guidewire Policy Center applications.
• Configure, enhance, and test system functionalities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement defect fixes.
• Design, modify, and implement Guidewire product suite features.
• Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support schedules.
Required Skills
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center framework, architecture, and components.
• Expertise in Gosu scripting, UI, and data model implementation.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong SQL, Spring, Hibernate, XML, and enterprise messaging experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, SoapUI, Eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins.
• Ability to manage incident/problem resolution and release planning.
• Working knowledge of Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic servers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
