Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and interpretation using Python, SQL, and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
Cleanse, transform, and validate large datasets from diverse sources, including Azure-based platforms.
Design and build clear, interactive dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visual narratives for stakeholders, ensuring key metrics and business drivers are effectively highlighted.
Apply strong analytical thinking to identify anomalies, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain accuracy in data reporting, adhering to SLA timelines.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business users and stakeholders.
Deploy reports and dashboards in secure, scalable environments such as Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory.
Monitor performance and data refresh processes, implementing feedback-based enhancements and maintaining documentation for data products.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, data engineers, and business users to align on data needs and outcomes.
Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and adopt best practices for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with advancements in data analytics, cloud technologies, and BI tools; explore new methodologies or frameworks to improve data processes.
Develop a deep understanding of global manufacturing and supply processes, including production planning, quality, inventory, MES, and SAP-ERP systems.
Required Skills
Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Ruby for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with experience in creating interactive dashboards and visual storytelling.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git for version control and collaborative development.
Understanding of API integration to extract, manipulate, or serve data from cloud platforms or databases such as PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and reporting timelines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with statistical libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly for data visualization.
Knowledge of automation frameworks for reporting and data workflows.
