Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policies and processes
• Act as a subject matter expert on Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
• Support Sales teams with invoicing processes, SOW completion, and bookings-related queries
• Ensure project data compliance for smooth monthly billing cycles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and coordinate subject matter experts for change management initiatives
• Create and deliver professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders
• Align operational initiatives with global business standards
Required Skills
• 18–36 months of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and quantitative data
• Experience with major CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and Google Suite applications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in Professional Services / Consulting operations
