Key Responsibilities
As an Integration Consultant at iCIMS, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless connections between our platform and external systems used by customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple concurrent integration projects while ensuring successful delivery within timelines and scope.
Conducting detailed mapping of required data elements from source systems to custom layouts, while documenting all transformations and business rules.
Developing technical specifications for data transfer, including secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) setup and validation.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to implement integration workflows that ensure smooth data exchange.
Applying iCIMS Project Methodology to oversee projects, track milestones, and mitigate risks.
Troubleshooting integration issues, identifying root causes, and providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and expertise to optimize their integration experience.
Adhering to company policies and best practices, ensuring all business operations are conducted with integrity.
This role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be the bridge between technology teams and clients, ensuring business needs are translated into effective integration solutions.
