Advanced Google Sheets and HR data analytics skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Strong understanding of HR reporting and documentation.
Experience in HR testing, auditing, and system upgrades.
Up-to-date knowledge of HR software and automation trends.
Preferred Skills
HRIS or HR data experience in multinational or North American organizations.
Familiarity with HR coordination tools like Asana or GSuite.
