Key Responsibilities
• Extract, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Prepare and update regular reports, dashboards, and management information (MI) using Excel and databases
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting outputs
• Work on large datasets and finalize Ascend Reporting for AfPT (SAP, HRT, Oracle)
• Support Gen AI consumption and chargeback reporting, including invoice verification
• Gather reporting feedback from global geographies and consolidate reports at a global level
• Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders
Required Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (Intermediate level)
• Experience with reporting and data visualization techniques
• Basic understanding of VBA, SharePoint, and relational data structures
• Ability to handle large datasets and complex project reporting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Exposure to professional services or consulting environments
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy principles, and risk management
• Experience in client requirement gathering and reporting solution design
