Key Responsibilities
• Support regulatory reporting filing process for non-financial regulatory reports (NFRR), SEC, CFTC, liquidity, and derivatives filings (Form PF, TIC, N-Port, CPO-PQR, etc.)
• Prepare, review, and file regulatory documents ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, checklists, audit trails, and reporting controls
• Coordinate with technology teams for data sourcing, validation, and regulatory reporting requirements
Required Skills
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting or financial compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in SEC, CFTC, liquidity, and derivative reporting
• Knowledge of regulatory filing tools and reporting frameworks
• Understanding of financial markets and risk management concepts
• Internship or project experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory domains
