Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis to identify improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and use cases.
2. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between product managers, engineering teams, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings to refine requirements and ensure project alignment.
3. Product Development Support
Collaborate with product managers to define the product roadmap.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Ensure product features meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Conduct market and competitor research to support product strategy.
Analyze customer feedback and product performance metrics.
Create reports and dashboards to present insights to leadership teams.
5. Quality Assurance and Testing
Work with QA teams to validate product functionality and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the solution meets business expectations.
Required Skills
