We are looking for an Analyst – ETL QA to join our Deloitte team. In this role, you will execute functional and non-functional testing throughout the development lifecycle. You will also contribute to automation testing, user acceptance testing, and data quality assurance, ensuring delivery excellence for master data management projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate test plans, test cases, and automation scripts, and execute both functional and non-functional IT QA testing.
Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing with business and technical stakeholders.
Support development and testing activities, clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment across the lifecycle.
Develop and conduct group or end-user training sessions.
Contribute to the creation and optimization of test automation frameworks.
Maintain and provide accurate testing status reports during all testing phases.
Lead structured walkthroughs related to testing approaches and results.
Provide input in the creation of technical user guides, operational documentation, and support scripts.
Required Skills
Strong technical acumen in Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance.
Hands-on experience in Test Automation using TOSCA.
Proficiency in SQL using Microsoft and Oracle relational databases.
Familiarity with Informatica MDM and ETL solutions.
Knowledge of API testing (SOAP UI is a plus).
Working knowledge of QA tools and Azure DevOps is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements, and work independently.
