Key Responsibilities

The Central Operations Support Executive is responsible for supporting Amazon’s seller ecosystem remotely and ensuring seamless daily operations. This role will involve the use of both voice and non-voice communication channels. The major responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the efficient functioning of assigned seller sites through outbound calls, email communications, and data dashboards.

  • Acting as a liaison between field executives, sellers, and internal or external teams to facilitate operational workflows.

  • Coordinating with audit teams and triggering on-field support when needed.

  • Training and guiding sellers to follow Amazon’s operational standards and standard operating procedures.

  • Designing and deploying standard operating procedures (SOPs) for better compliance and consistency.

  • Analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies or disruptions and implementing solutions.

  • Proposing new process features aimed at enhancing seller performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring timely and quality support to sellers across regions.

  • Assisting in the rollout of new operational processes and tools.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and rotating shifts as per business requirements.


Required Skills

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and performance tracking.

  • Prior experience in logistics, operations, or customer service roles.

  • Familiarity with Amazon’s seller support systems or marketplace processes.

  • Experience with handling centralized command center operations.

  • Exposure to process automation and dashboard creation.

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting.

  • Understanding of stakeholder management and escalation handling.

  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Ability to draft or refine SOPs and training documentation.

  • Project coordination or cross-functional team experience in a tech-driven company.
